Ingredients Two sainsburys rainbow salads (because reduced to 94p) 4 eggs Slice of mature cheddar diced

Beat eggs in bowl Add salads including garlic dressing and croutons Throw cheese on top with some herbs if you like Microwave until eggs no longer liquid (it was 9min30sec)

I can't follow recipes for shit and kind of just free style making food so everything always looks like an explosion in a green grocers

Ayo πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ You microwaved eggs for 9 minutes and 30 seconds?? πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Eggs cook in like 2 minutes in a microwave, even a shitty like 700 or 900 watt microwave

Wait, that’s cooked in the last picture?

Microwaved eggs hit differently. Not in a good way either.

The ingredients sound delicious but almost 10 minutes in the microwave is crazy. It would have taken an equal or less amount of time on the stove with the added benefit of not eating the textural equivalent of a used sponge.

This is art, I’m oscillating between wanting to defend you and wanting to criticise you. Laudable performance

Oh hell, I’m having implants done this Winter and think I’m going to be eating things that look like that for months!

Takes real skill to use a microwave and still take longer than it would to make an omelette on the stove

I actually love the pop of colors in this.

girl it takes no time at all to just fry this all up and add the cheese on top

What was the texture of the leaves like after that long in the microwave? I’m assuming a rainbow salad is mostly lettuce/greens?

Why not just make it on the stove? Eggs are one of the fastest things to cook

Call it a gourmet deconstructed omelet and sell it for $25.

If cooked on a stove or oven this would be delicious.
